WIP para a Toca Filmes, tendo como cliente final a Fiat em divulgação interna. Trabalho, infelizmente, sigiloso, mas que assim que puder ser mostrado, aqui estará o filme, com certeza. Também utilizando o método Scrum para que o andamento possa correr bem dentro da deadline que é dia 05/12/2009. Logo daremos notícias sobre a finalização.
Outro trabalhao realizado com sucesso, sob a metodologia Scrum de eficiência. Um modelo 3D esquemático foi criado para a empresa Fraitech em trabalho para o cliente final Vale. Infelizmente ainda não podemos mostrar aqui no site o resultado do trabalho que foi tão elogiado pelos executivos das empresas, já que que se trata de sigilo profissional. Quando pudermos mostrar, teremos muito orgulho do que verão. Aguardem!
José Fernandes, após ter sido professor de Jogos Digitais na Infórium por 1 ano e meio, agora está compondo o quadro de professores da UNA - UNATEC. Trabalhando em diversos cursos ministrando 3D Max, Blender, Sketchup, ele agora também é Coordenador de Pós Graduação em Jogos Digitais e Artes Digitais, além de ter, junto a Azhhael - professora da Pós na UNA, criado o curso de Graduação em Jogos Digitais para a UNATEC. Todos os cursos já estão disponíveis no website da UNA e serão iniciados agora em 2010.

Estamos produzindo um pequeno curta metragem por conta própria, dirigido por Azhhael. Ouvindo histórias infantis achamos interessante esta historinha da antiga coleção disquinho. Resolvemos transformar a história num roteiro e produzir a animação dela em 3D. Vamos postar aqui o roteiro para que possam ver, e no fórum, no tópico sobre este curta (link acima), tudo sobre o andamento da produção. Toda crítica construtiva é bem vinda. O estilo é Cartoon, nós mesmos estamos fazendo tudo, até mesmo os concepts dos personagens e cenários. Aí está:

Everything was done as treated to the Bite UK Company, all the deadline were respected and this is our great proud. Since the art untill the development passaed 30 days of production by web. The last 3 weeks were really busy for José Fernandes. He gone to Salvador - BA for training the Maya teachers´staff of AIS Informática. He´s back tonight but, on next 25/06 he´ll back to Salvador for more 2 weeks to finish the teacher´s trainning.
The course have 120 hours and need to prepare the Maya teachers with special skills for the next Maya classes to start in August 2008.
He was invited to give some more courses there as Organic Modeling and other ones, but unfortunately he´ll need to come back to his Animarus position and to the BH-MG CG Schools.

PillBox was contracted by Digital Fantasy - RJ to model prototypes of the moving and fixed Petrobras Platforms P52 and P31. The work was done in dealine (the customer neede the files as soon as possíble) and with a big quality (one of our big philosofies: excellency), and cause of it, we won not just a new customer but a new friend and we hope to work together soon again. Now we have one more contract with Cartoon Pro, a new one for foreign (Angola) and some more coming soon. We are proud of our good work and compromise to work for making a better result and life to our clients.
We are, at this moment, working on a project called Torres do Carmo, for Luanda, Angola, Africa. The architect Sérgio Schieber, responsable for the project, contracted us to execute the interiors and exterior in 3D, pre visualizations, a maquette, with interior designer help, for the DVD and website presentations.
We are SUPER happy in telling you that in the Digital Designer magazine # 85, we have a complete article about the production of the BBC - UK Online Game called by Onion Street, with 4 pages where we describe everything that were made on it.
PillBox made the feat to produce in 30 days the modeling, mapping, texture and rigging of 53 photorealistic human characters for a BBC - UK Online Onion Street Game:
And PillBox did it all with only 2 artists working in the production. Have a look at our gallery of images and confers the results. And in more 60 days, all the characters were animated with an average of 10 the 25 seconds of animation for each one, and configured and rendered the images in animation sequence and sent it to customer in record time.
The first 53 characters with 32 protagonists and 21 secondary ones were done by the 2 artists in just 30 days from Zero stage to complete rigged, textured and configured chars. WAW! Good job!
We are now working for Day Dream Studios - RJ - RJ - BR.
We are working on the art and animation for their new games, so our skill there is characters. Photoreal chars done for engines that may be online soon.

We discovered that a friend of us is actually one partner at Mídia (cg school in BH - MG) (www.midiabh.com.br), we were invited by Hudson and Renato to be teaching at Midia - Maya and Max - Azhhael and Zé Fernandes and Marcelo Tannure.
